 Due to the overwhelming demand of our massage and aesthetic services, we ask that all guest provide us with advanced notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Please notify Spa Nouvelle before the close of business the day before your appointment. Below is our policy regarding different scenarios:

Same Day Cancellations

Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

No Call/No Show

A no-call/no-show of a scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fees applicable to the services.

Late Arrivals

Any guest the arrives late for their appointment will be serviced for the amount of time that remains and will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals for Services Under 30 Minutes

Any guest that arrives late for an appointment that is 30 minutes or less will be subject to rescheduling the appointment and charged 100% of the scheduled service
